Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with every product and service purchased from Manuscryptha.

If something does not meet your expectations, we invite you to contact us directly so we can assist you quickly and fairly.


1. 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (One-Time Purchases)

For eligible one-time purchases of physical products (such as single-book orders), we offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee.

If, within 15 days of the delivery date (as shown by the carrier’s tracking), you feel the product did not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund. We will process your refund promptly. While we may request optional feedback to improve our products, your refund is not contingent on providing a reason.

This satisfaction guarantee applies only when the physical product is successfully delivered and received. It does not apply to delivery failures caused by an incorrect/incomplete address, missed delivery attempts, refused deliveries, or parcels not collected/held at a carrier location.


2. Digital Products

Digital products (eBooks, PDFs, downloadable resources) are delivered electronically immediately after purchase.

If you experience issues such as:

  • not receiving the download link,
  • problems opening the file,
  • corrupted or incomplete downloads,


please contact us first. We will work with you to restore access or provide a replacement file. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, your purchase remains covered by our 15-day satisfaction guarantee.

Approved digital refunds are issued 100% of the product price, excluding any non-recoverable payment/processing fees charged by third-party payment providers (where applicable).


3. Physical Books

For physical books shipped to your address:

  • If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund.
  • Please contact us within 15 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue (and the packaging/shipping label when possible).
  • Shipping costs and any non-recoverable payment/processing fees may be non-refundable except in cases of production or fulfillment errors.


Physical book purchases that fall under our satisfaction guarantee may also be refunded within 15 days of delivery, as long as the request is reasonable and not abusive and the item is returned intact (resellable condition) to the return address we provide.


4. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
  • As a general rule, charges already processed are non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors or exceptional circumstances.
  • If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.


5. How to Request a Refund

When writing to us, please provide:

  • your full name,
  • order number,
  • date of purchase,
  • a brief description of the issue, and (for physical damage/misprint claims) clear photos.


Refund requests are normally reviewed and processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Certain non-recoverable payment/processing fees may be excluded from the refunded amount where applicable.

We may limit repeated refund requests, request additional proof, and refuse requests that appear abusive or fraudulent.
